Sequential / Procedural Function Charts

Here an FHX file for one or more Control or Equipment Module Classes with Sequential Function Charts (SFCs), Phases, or Recipes can be uploaded. After selection of a SFC Logic function or a Recipe, an image of the Sequential or Procedural Function Chart will be generated.

Notes:

• The FHX file should be presented in a ZIP archive file
• The ZIP archive file may only contain a single FHX file (only for this demo)
• The maximum size for the ZIP archive file is approximately 4MB
• Control and Equipment Module Classes without SFCs are not listed
• In case of Control and Equipment Module Classes, only Function Blocks that contain an SFC are listed
